Participants must register and submit their extended abstract "Here". The extended abstract submission deadline is September 15, 2025

For the extended abstract, the maximum number of contributors is five authors. Please prepare a manuscript of up to three pages (excluding references) and follow this format: Title, Author(s), Affiliation, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Key Preliminary Research Findings, Conclusion, and References. At this stage, only extended abstracts are required for submission, not full papers. All submissions that meet the requirements and are selected for presentation will be considered for publication, in accordance with the standards of each respective journal.

The extended Abstract will be reviewed by two reviewers, and the decision will be made by editors.

The full paper will be reviewed through the standard process of the journals.

The full paper submitted is not guaranteed to be published, depending on the decision of the editor and reviewers.

The full paper will be processed only if the participant is presented in the parallel session.

The presentation of Extended Abstracts or Full Paper will be conducted online or offline. The presentation can be delivered either in English or Bahasa Indonesia but the paper should be written in English.

Offline presentation: Jakarta October 29, 2025

Online presentation: zoom will be sent later

The number of presenters who will be invited to present their works is around 20-30 participants; however, not all participants will be invited to present offline (on-site). During the on-site presentation, the Organizing Committee allows only one author to represent other co-authors involved.

Accepted Extended Abstracts will be invited to present in the parallel session, either on-site or online. Participants will present for about 10-15 minutes, followed by a 5-10 minute Q&A session. Author(s) should prepare and submit a PowerPoint file one day before the presentation date.

For the online presentation, author(s) will receive a Zoom link one day before the conference via email. To ensure participants' computers work well during the presentation, it is advised to test the computer before the scheduled presentation date.

The presentation will be conducted in hybrid (online and on-site), and presenters may speak either in English or Bahasa Indonesia. The full paper should be in English for JISDEP and JPP.

Selected full papers which passed the review will be published in Journal of Indonesia Sustainable Development Planning (JISDeP)(indexed by SINTA 2) or the Jurnal Perencanaan Pembangunan: The Indonesian Journal of Development Planning (JPP) (indexed by SINTA 3). Both journals is also indexed by DOAJ, Copernicus, Scilit, EBSCO, Garuda, Dimensions, and Google Scholar.

Presenter will be given Certificate after the event.

• The submission of Full Paper that not following the provided template will potentially be rejected.

The Template already set the following items:

• Paper size A4
• Margins are 4cm (top), 2.7cm (bottom), and 2.5cm (left and right)
• Paper includes the author name and affiliation (full address including country)
• No page numbers, nor headers and footers
• Text is single spaced, not double spaced
• Do not change space, styles and caption that already set in the template
• Editable, not password protected
• All pages are portrait (landscape pages should be rotated)
• Figures are placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document
• Reference lists should follow the format on the template
• A thorough proofread to check the standard of English, wording is clear and concise must be conducted by the author with his/her authorship/colleague

Please note that all correspondence will be addressed to the submitting author. For ease and clarity, we therefore advise that the 'presenting' author is listed as the 'submitting author'.

When you are ready to submit your full paper, please log in on the front page of the Sustain Website using your already registered account (the same account you used when you submitted your extended abstract).

After login, please follow the instructions below:

• Fill in the box with 'Title,' 'Abstract' and 'Keywords' for your full paper. All of them must be the same with your FULL PAPER file attachment.
• Upload your FULL PAPER file (.docx) through the 'Upload File' option.

Click SUBMIT. Your submission is already finished. Please wait for the reviewing process to be finished.
